Corporate event content and brand activations · NYC, New Jersey, the Hamptons
Most events hire a booth company, a photographer, a videographer and an editor who never speak. We bring all of it as one crew, so the activation, the coverage and the recap film tell the same story.

What we bring
Every piece runs with our own crew and is branded to you. Take two stations and save 10%, three and save 18%.
Branded backdrops, booth wraps, print borders and digital frames are produced from your own files. Every raw file is yours to keep.
When the activation, the photographer and the film crew are separate vendors, nobody owns the story. Lighting fights the camera, the booth branding doesn't match the recap, and your team waits weeks for files from four places.
Steadyro designs the activation, runs it, films the room and cuts the content as one crew. Guests leave with their clips the same night, photographs reach your team the next morning, and the recap film and social cuts land within the week.
The immersive 360 at Hamptons Fashion Week in Southampton, credited in the event's official release. The 360 and runway recap for Black Sea 3.0 with GEO in Style at New York Fashion Week. Times Square Fashion Week. Interview films for the Global Healthcare Leaders Foundation. Full gala coverage for CMB Group. See them all on our work page.
One night can feed your channels for weeks: guest clips, a recap film, executive interviews from the podcast booth, photo sets and vertical cutdowns for each platform. Ask about the monthly content engine if you want a crew on a publishing calendar.

Before you book
You choose the pieces: a branded 360 or photo experience, a podcast activation, event photography, cinematography and a recap film. Everything is filmed and cut by one crew and branded to you.
A single branded 360 is $2,200 for three hours with branding included. Most corporate nights combine two or three stations plus a photographer, and land between roughly $3,600 and $6,800. The booking page shows your exact total.
Guests get their clips the same night. Photographs reach your team the next morning, and the finished recap film and full gallery arrive within the week.
