How much does a 360 photo booth cost in New York?
Ours runs three hours with an operator on the platform throughout, with your branding included, and it sits in the middle of the New York market. It is $2,200 for three hours, and every other rate is on this page. Cheaper exists, and it is usually an unattended platform with a phone on it and no one to keep the queue moving.
What does a photo booth rental cost for a corporate event?
Three hours, open air, lit for the room, with prints and digital to every guest before they leave. It is $1,800 for three hours, and branding the booth, the print border and the digital frame to your identity is priced per station alongside it. On the 360, branding is included.
Can you brand everything to our company?
Yes, and it is the thing we are best at. Backdrops, booth wraps, print borders, digital frames, motion bumpers and title cards are all produced from your own logo files, to your guidelines. Your brand leads on every station, and a small Steadyro mark sits on the booth and the 360, the way a studio signs its work. Branding is included on the 360, and priced per station on the photo booth and podcast booth.
How fast can you turn a branded backdrop around?
Twenty four hours for a rush fee, priced at $350 per station. It exists because dates move and approvals come late, and it has saved several events already.
Do we own the footage?
Yes. Every recording, unedited, in perpetuity. You can cut it again with your own team whenever you like. We do not licence it back to you and we do not put it behind a portal.
When does everything arrive?
Guests get their own clip the same night. Photographs reach your team the next morning. The finished cut and the full gallery land inside the week.
Where do you work?
New York City, Long Island through the Hamptons, Westchester, New Jersey as far as Princeton and Hunterdon County, and Los Angeles. Pennsylvania and Connecticut are not on the map yet. Installs travel nationally by arrangement. There is a ZIP check on this page that answers for your address right away.
Do you do weddings, birthdays and private parties?
Yes, happily. The same stations, the same crew and the same rates as everything on this page, whether the evening is for a brand or a birthday. One station makes a wedding unforgettable, and nothing here requires a corporate badge.
Can I book without speaking to anyone?
Yes. Build the quote on this page, send it to yourself, and it arrives as something you can forward for approval. A scope note and an invoice follow. Nothing is owed until you have read the scope note.
Are you insured, and can you issue a certificate to our venue?
Yes. We carry general liability and issue certificates to your venue's wording ahead of the date.
What is a home studio install and who is it for?
A broadcast quality room built inside a private home, designed, lit, acoustically treated and wired, plus the coaching to use it. Founders, executives and anyone whose face is now part of the business. The figure depends on the room, and it is on this page with the rest of the rates.
